Support:
Established in 1972, the CDC is a nonprofit organization providing services to individuals with developmental challenges and services to child care providers. A twelve member Board of Directors oversees the funding and governs the CDC. Major funding for the CDC is provided through grants from the Division of Mental Retardation Services, the Tennessee Early Intervention System, Department of Human Services, Department of Health and Signal Center Contract for Tennessee Child Care Provider Training Project. Other sources of funding include: City and County Governments, civic clubs, United Way, United Givers Fund, churches, individual contributions, businesses and industries. In addition to these contributors, each of our programs has fundraising activities. |
